Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. If you would like to make a return, email your order number to info@icebrrgshaker.com and we will start the return process.
Returns cannot be made with used or damaged bottles. ICEBRRG will only cover the shipping fees for the return of a bottle presenting a quality issue. For more information, refer to our return policy.
When your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email you provided when placing your order. You can simply click on the tracking number in the email and it will redirect you to the correct website to track your package.

The ICEBRRG Mixer & Shaker is built to last and backed by a lifetime guarantee. If any part—whether it’s the bottle, lid, or mixer(s)—becomes defective, we'll replace it free of charge.
The lifetime guarantee does not cover scratches, dents, chips, or scrapes on the interior or exterior of the bottle. It also excludes damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper storage.
