We ship from our Phoenix, AZ warehouse. Orders are processed within 1 business day and shipped Monday–Saturday, excluding federal holidays. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders $45 and over.
Orders can be placed and shipped to addresses within the contiguous US, Alaska, and Hawaii.

When your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Click the tracking number in that email to be redirected to the carrier's tracking page.
Please ensure you enter the correct ship-to address at checkout. ICEBRRG is not responsible for shipping errors due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered during checkout.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect, old, or incomplete address due to a customer error and the package is not returned to ICEBRRG, a new order will need to be placed with the correct address. ICEBRRG does not provide refunds due to customer errors at checkout.
If a package is returned to ICEBRRG due to an incorrect address, we will reach out to confirm a correct ship-to address and reship your items at no extra charge.
