How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email you provided when placing your order. You can simply click on the tracking number in the email and it will redirect you to the correct website to track your package.

**Please ensure you enter the correct SHIP TO ADDRESS at checkout. ICEBRRG is not responsible for shipping errors due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses being entered during checkout. If an order is shipped to an incorrect, old, or incomplete address due to a customer error, and the package IS NOT returned to ICEBRRG, you will have to place a new order with the correct shipping address. ICEBRRG does not provide refunds due to customer errors at checkout. If a package IS returned to ICEBRRG due to an incorrect address, we will reach out to you directly for a correct ship to address and will reship your items at no extra charge.**
